LUCA singt

Sorry, aber das muss ich euch einfach zumuten! Wie wir ja alle wissen, sind alle Lebewesen miteinander verwandt. Mensch und Schimpanse haben einen gemeinsamen Vorfahren, der einen gemeinsamen Vorfahren zusammen mit Gorillas hat, und so weiter. Geht man weit genug zurück, dann landet man bei einem theoretischen Organismus namens LUCA (last universal common ancestor; ausführlicher hier), der der gemeinsame Vorfahr aller heute lebender Organismen ist (jedoch nicht der gemeinsame Vorfahr aller Organismen, die jemals gelebt haben!).
Dieser LUCA hat jetzt jedenfalls sein eigenes Lied, zu singen auf - natürlich - Suzanne Vegas "Luka":
